The Anchor Cart.

The Anchor Cart is the mobile Minecart equivalent of a World Anchor. It is used to keep chunks loaded so that things like monster spawning, Cobblestone generating, and other things that require the chunk loaded can happen whilst the player is outside of a chunk. Using the linking mechanics of Railcraft, the player can keep chunks loaded with a train or the Tunnel Bore.

To make the Anchor Cart most effective, it is recommended the player makes a railroad that goes between multiple chunks, then using various tools from RailCraft, the player can choose what they have loaded when.
