Wireless Redstone is used to wirelessly transmit a redstone signal. Rather than run a long trail of redstone and needing to add delays or invertors to extend the length, instead you can place a transmitter and a receiver, set the frequency, and avoid the trail of redstone.
(Note: The Wireless Redstone Mod has been removed from Tekkit 3.0.3 due to the addition of other blocks with the same purpose in the RedPower2 mod.)
After at least one Wireless Transmitter and Receiver are created, in order to create more than one pairing, you have to set the frequency of the two you wish paired. To set the frequency of a pair of receivers and transmitters you wish to pair, just right click the blocks to see the Frequency GUI, and set the Frequency to that which you wish the pair to share.
A wireless transmitter is where you transmit the redstone signal from, so you will link it to a lever, button, torch, etc, as you would normally to start a redstone signal. However, it will send the signal wirelessly instead of needing a redstone trail. (If this does not work, search for wireless reciever)
