Basalt Cobblestone is obtained by mining Basalt from a Volcano. It has a high blast resistance, but is not immune to TNT or a Nuke.

Usage

Basalt Paver

If you have GregTech installed, you can use a Macerator, Rock Crusher or Pulverizer to make it into Basalt Dust.
