Iodine Capsule

Iodine Capsules are needed for a Rainmaker to work. Right-click on it with one of these in your hand. The Rainmaker will also accept an Iodine Capsule from a BuildCraft Pipe if it is currently inactive. It will reject the capsule if it is already charging.
