Gaseous Helium-3 is one of the gases added in GregTech. One can extract Gaseous Helium-3 from Helium-3 Cells using the extraction mode of the Liquid Transposer. Gaseous Helium-3 can be stored in tanks, and moved through Waterproofed BuildCraft Pipes, Liquiducts, and Liquid Tesseracts.
As of GregTech 2.82c, Fusion Reactors will now accept Gaseous Helium-3 directly piped in as a fuel for use in Nuclear Fusion.
