Ultimate Cheat Armor is an item added by GregTech. It is an armor item that is worn in the chest plate slot, and it provides the effects of a full QuantumSuit when worn as well as infinite invisibility. It has no crafting recipe and is only obtainable through creative mode, NEI or server commands. This item was implemented to allow server admins to spy on their users. This is somewhat ineffective, as it is visible when worn, giving away the presence of the admin. It does not allow you to fly, it assumes you already have creative mode.
