Usage

Put Scrap Boxes in the bottom slot and apply energy (EU). It will automatically unpack and eject the item through the output side.

Note: You can also open scrapboxes with a vanilla dispenser (used in the recipe) or using the Redpower 2 deployer by supplying a redstone pulse, using no energy. This item is an expensive, but more easily automated method of the Dispenser method.
