Crafting Table III

The Crafting Table III is a crafting table that scans the items in your inventory and displays them in a chest-like manner. You may select an item from this interface and it will appear in a 9x2 area below the item area. This is a seperate mod and is compatible with all mod items in Tekkit. The recipe to create this table is very simple. It is created by using a Book and a Crafting Table. This table is not only able to create items like chests from wood in your inventory, it may craft through multiple levels. If you are trying to craft an Advanced Circuit, and have the materials for both an Electronic Circuit and an Advanced Circuit, it can skip over making the regular circuit (it still uses the resources) and just make the Advanced Circuit!
Recipe
There is a slight and uncommon bug where the table may fail to scan something in your inventory and not allow you craft something. This is easily solved by logging off and back on or simply by keeping an ordinary crafting table around.
(Side Note: Using the scroll wheel in the crafting interface can result in this bug irritatingly often so it's advisable to use the scroll slider to the right of the window lest the interface say "Not tonight, I have a headache." and make you reopen it to get anything done.)
If you press the crafting guide key (default "R") while in the Crafting Table III interface, the game will automatically try to organize the items in the table like a chest. Since it cannot organize the items, the game will drop to 0 Frames Per Second for about 10-15 seconds. If your computer is old, or not enough memory is allocated to Minecraft, the game will crash outright.
NOTE: As of now, there is no Crafting Table 2 or 3 in Tekkit.
The recipe only works for version 1
NOTE (#2): This book is crafted differently from the current minecraft. It uses an older recipe which only needs three pieces of paper above each other in a crafting table.
Manual Installation
Follow the following steps to manually install Crafting Table III to Tekkit:
- Download Version B1.8 (Client) and the NotEnoughItems patch from here
- Copy the downloaded CraftingTableIIIB1.8.zip to your .techniclauncher\tekkit\mods directory
- Unzip the downloaded NEIPatch.zip and merge the codechicken folder with the existing folder in .techniclauncher\tekkit\bin\modpack.jar using 7zip, WinRAR, or a program like those.
