The 8K RAM Module is a block which functions with RedPower 2's computers. It allows for the adding of more random access memory to an already-present Central Processing Unit. This increases the amount of information that the computer can store in memory, thus increasing the amount of data and complex programs that the computer can process and run, respectively, simultaneously. The 8K RAM Module must be placed on a Backplane that is in some way adjacent to the Central Processing Unit to contribute to the computer's functionality. Up to 7 Backplanes and RAM modules may be placed per Central Processing Unit.
