Wooden Railbed

Wooden Railbeds are the basis for all non high-speed rails. They are used to support rails and maintain distance between them. They cannot be placed, but are used in many different recipes.

For some reason, in Tekkit, wooden railbeds are labelled as stone railbeds, however they are two separate items.
